Born a Builder

ABOUT ME

I create amazing experiences that combine the analog and digital worlds

I'm a child of the 80's which to me was a time when we had as much fun away from screens as we did in front of them. The outdoors, paper and pencil, and legos were my first tools. I created crazy space ships, ridiculously useless, but mesmerizing rube goldberg machines, and towering (read: four foot tall) forts in the woods.

From those formative years, I went on to ply my skills in the business arena where I learned the ins and outs of finance. It wasn't until some time later when I started listening to my inner voice, that I figured out I had a passion for design. This led to my recent training at Design Lab which coupled with my analytical, soft and technical skills that I've developed through the years have provided the groundwork for the future.

In this future I see a world where the screens of today fade away into the background as technology imbeds itself deeper into our lives. I look forward to being a part of the process where I can help build services and products that are unexpected, bring joy to people's lives, and can create meaningful change. The tools may not be the same as they were in my youth, but I think the outcomes can be just as amazing.
